研究: 抗癌藥物開發與腫瘤免疫學之應用

1.  異常表現的葡萄糖胺聚醣(GAG)在癌細胞的功能與分子機轉。

2.  以異常表現的GAG為標靶之抗癌藥物研究。

3.  利用小鼠腫瘤模型探討免疫細胞抗癌之反應。

4.  探討癌細胞異常醣基化與抗藥性之分子機轉。

實驗室技術:

Molecular Biology: RT-PCR, Q-PCR, Western blotting, ELASA, protein purification, gene cloning.

Immunology: Flow cytometry, T cell isolation, bone marrow differentiation
